Privacy notice

Eminvale Ltd t/a Mellett is the data controller. Joblar Limited provides and runs the service on Mellett’s behalf.

• Name, work email, phone, country, start date and role, so the office can assign you work and pay you.
• Next of kin (name, relationship, phone), for emergencies.
• Jobs, hours and time off you record, for pay, invoicing and leave balances.
• Photos and documents: receipts on job sheets, your certificates, and signatures on completed work.
• Sign-in details: sign-in times and, if you turn it on, your two-factor setup.

The job site address is entered by the office; the app does not track your location. No advertising, analytics, crash reporting, contacts or health data.

In the EU (Ireland), encrypted in transit and at rest. Only Mellett office staff can see it. It is never sold or shared with third parties.

Job sheets, timesheets and invoices are kept six years for tax. Everything else is deleted when your employment ends or when you ask.

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or complain to the Data Protection Commission. To delete your account, see account deletion. Contact privacy@joblar.com.
